Our sciatica stretch for this week is the Neurodynamic Stretch! This stretch will work on your hamstring, calf muscle and your sciatic nerve. It is important to have mobility of your sciatic nerve and this stretch will help do that.
As we've said before, much of the back pain that people suffer with is caused by them not lifting objects in the correct way. One of our previous tips was about one of the main ways this happens, which is that people do not wait after being in a relaxed position before lifting anything. Another of the most common ways that people hurt their back while lifting is that they are not doing it correctly, and that is why this week's Back Pain Relief Tip is about lifting the right way!
