▪︎ Herniated Discs
▪︎ Bulging Discs
▪︎ Degenerated Discs
If you are suffering with back or neck pain, either from one of these conditions or something else, we can help! Your first step is to schedule a Free Consultation, where you will meet with a Patient Advocate who will answer your questions, review your case, and determine your correct course of treatment.
There is no obligation, and the consultation is completely free!
Our sciatica exercise for this week is the Lower Abdomen Stretch, Also Known As The Sphinx! Because this is such a common practice, it should not come as a surprise that it is a major cause of back pain! This is because when many people do these simple everyday tasks, they are doing them wrong!
Dennis underwent surgery for his Herniated Disc and Sciatica, but the pain didn't stay away for long, and he then suffered for another 20 years. Afraid to do daily activates that most people take for granted, like brushing his teeth, Dennis knew he needed help. So he came into the Illinois Back Institute.....
Back pain and sciatica are a common reason for people to not get a full night's sleep. In fact, it has been reported that nearly two-thirds of the people who suffer with chronic back pain are not sleeping enough. This can be a major problem; without enough sleep you cannot heal the back pain, but the pain is what is preventing you from sleeping well in the first place!
