Sciatica Exercise of the Week: Hip Flexor Stretch

Our sciatica exercise for this week is the Hip Flexor Stretch! Prolonged sitting increases the tightness in the hip flexor muscles, and if those muscles are tight it will alter body mechanics and posture which can affect your sciatica pain. Therefore, increased flexibility of the muscle is extremely important in order to decrease the severity of sciatica and lower back pain symptoms.

Croydon's Back Pain Was Stopping Him From Doing What He Enjoyed Most

Two activities that Croydon really enjoys doing are painting and working on cars, but unfortunately his back pain had gotten so bad that it made doing these nearly impossible. One day he was scrolling through videos online and came across one from the Illinois Back Institute, and he knew he had to watch it immediately. Croydon believed IBI could help him and travelled all the way from his home in Florida to undergo treatment. He was amazed when during treatment he realized that he could do things that were too painful to do before...
