Sciatica Exercise of the Week: Hamstring Foam Roll Massage

Our sciatica exercise for this week is the Hamstring Foam Roll Massage! Hamstrings can become extremely tight while compensating for one’s posture, and this can often place a severe strain on the lower back. This stretch will promote more blood flow to the area to increase the healing. It also increases extensibility of the hamstring muscle.

Elizabeth Had Multiple Herniated Discs That Prevented Her From Doing What She Loved

Elizabeth heard a sound in her back that no one wants to hear: her discs popping. She had herniated multiple discs in her back and was in a great deal of pain.
