Back Pain Tips For Summer Activities – WCIU’s You & Me This Morning

Dr. Jeff makes another appearance on WCIU’s You and Me This Moring with hosts Melissa Forman and Jeanine Sparrow. In this appearance Dr. Jeff goes over tips to avoiding back pain during summer activities. In the summer people tend to spend more time outside doing activities. Most people don’t think about how certain activities can cause back pain in the future. There are certain things you can do everyday to avoid future pain.

It is very important to warm up before doing any activity. Always make sure to stretch your body. Another way you can warm up is walking around and warming up your legs. Something as simple as a quick walk around your yard can help stretch and warm up your body.
