Foods to Avoid When Suffering From Back Pain

Your diet is a critical piece of the puzzle when it comes to controlling and avoiding back pain. The typical American diet consists of fatty foods, sugar, bad processed foods, red meats and more unhealthy items. All of these foods increase inflammation and can cause obesity.

 Avoid the following inflammatory foods:

      • Sugar, from any source
      • Processed foods
      • French Fries
      • Fast Foods
      • White bread
      • Pasta
      • Ice Cream
      • Cheddar Cheeses
      • Snack Foods
      • Oils such as vegetable and corn
      • Soda, caffeine and alcohol

It is very important that you drink plenty of water on a daily basis to hydrate yourself! Drinking water will flush your body of the toxins you are exposed to on a daily basis. In some individuals, the toxins we breathe and the ones that are found in processed foods can cause back pain! So don’t forget how important water is to your diet!!!
