Debbie suffered a sciatic episode in the summer of 2010 and began to feel numbness in the leg and foot, but did not think to address the problem. In February of 2011 her condition was exacerbated when Debbie suffered a fall on the ice and was taken to the ER for her severe back pain. She was prescribed Morphine to manage the pain. After her trip to the ER Debbie was prescribed Ibuprofen to help with the pain.
Debbie's MRI showed she was suffering from a herniated disc. A herniated disc, also called a rupture disc, is condition that results from a breakdown of the cushioning material between the individual vertebrae, resulting in compression, or pinching of spinal nerves.
Debbie was referred by her PCP to two neurosurgeons. Both surgeons suggested surgery to be her best option. Debbie did not want surgery and felt as if she were on her own. Debbie conducted her own research after seeing an Illinois Back Institute infomercial on CLTV, she decided to call and make an appointment for a consultation.
After the 1st week at the Illinois Back Institute Debbie stopped using her 800mg Ibuprofen. Debbie came in with a pain level of 4-5/10 and left the Illinois Back Institute with 0/10 back pain level! The tips that she learned at the Illinois Back Institute have not only helped with her pain but have also made her stronger. Debbie has been passing along Dr. Jeff's Back Tips to all her friends with pain and has heard nothing but great things. "They give you tips to where you can actually do something safely!"
