Six resources you must have if you suffer from back pain.

When I suffered with back pain I learned thousands of lessons. Many of these lessons were learned when I was "the patient". It was easy for me; I learned what helped and what didn't because I had the pain. I have also, over the years, learned from all my patients. We have had over 20,000 patients in our 20 years of being in business, and each patient teaches us something new. 12 of the Worst Habits That Will Hurt Your Back
Posted by Dr. Jeff Winternheimer D.C. on Fri, Jun 20, 2014 @ 09:29 AM
Believe it or not, back pain is the second most common complaint that doctors hear, second only to the common cold. When you hurt your back finding relief can be difficult. Back pain is also a common cause of hospitilization and surgery, too. Back pain isn't just annoying. 56% of people who complain of back pain, specifically lower back pain, report that it interferes with their daily life, or makes their daily routine more difficult to complain. Respondents to a recent survey suggest that lower back pain interferes with their sleep as well as their sex life, and it is a common cause of change in routines.

Fire and Ice
“Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice.”
Still confused? You should be, for this is an absolutely esoteric, willy-nilly response to the question of using ice or heat to relieve back pain. Hopefully, the remaining entry will clarify some of the basics when utilizing ice or heat for pain relief.
