Being a Hall of Fame football player in the NFL puts a toll on your body and your back. Dan Hampton knows about this all too well, because due to the beating his body took he was suffering from a bulging disc, herniated disc, and sciatica. It got so bad for the Hall of Famer that he was having trouble tying his own shoes.
