There are two main points about this tip, and they should always be remembered:
Number 1 - If you have been seated for over 40 minutes, it is very important to wait for 10 minutes after standing before picking up anything. Otherwise you have a greater chance of causing injury to your back.
Number 2 - After getting out of bed, do not lift anything for at least 30 minutes!
